• 100 g Cobelén black olives
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1½ tbs thyme
  • 1½ tbs rosemary
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 1 tsp anchovy


This recipe is extremely simple and easy to make for any occasion. You only have to blend all ingredients in a blender while you slowly add the olive oil in a drizzle.

It is a perfect aperitif or side dish for any meal.
