• 10 Cobelén black olives
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can tuna
  • 220 ml double cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 package of tagliatelle


Chop the onions into small pieces, and sauté in a skillet with the tuna. Add the sliced Cobelén black olives. The olives are sliced for ease of eating and better flavour.

Add the cream and mix during 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the tagliatelle during about ten minutes. You can also use any other type of pasta. Serve hot when both the sauce and pasta are ready.
