• 1 pumpkin
    • 1 egg
    • 200 g fresh cheese
    • 200 g grated cheese
    • Cobelén olives
    • Lard and milk for the purée



You must first make the traditional pumpkin purée. Boil and drain the pumpkin. Add milk, lard and salt as needed.

Place the purée in an oven-safe casserole. Mix in the two types of cheese and add the egg. Bake for 15 minutes.

Lastly, sprinkle the surface with cheese and chopped olives.

This dish is ideal as a side dish for meat, or add more vegetables and serve as a main course.
