- Cobelén black olives
- 500 g pasta
- Mozzarella balls (10-12)
- 400 g can crushed tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 onion
- 2 tbs olive oil
- A pinch of sugar
- Black pepper
Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water during about 20 minutes (depending on the type of pasta).
While the pasta is cooking, sweat the onion and garlic in a skillet with olive oil.
Once the garlic and onion are soft, add the crushed tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the olives, salt, basil, black pepper and sugar (to taste).
Finally, mix well and add the pasta and mozzarella balls. Ready to serve!
