
Ingredients
- 200 g sifted flour
 - 100 g sifted cornstarch
 - 75 g butter at room temperature
 - 2 eggs
 - 100 ml cooking cream
 - 3 tsp baking powder
 - 50 g Cobelén black olives, chopped
 - 100 g grated Parmesan
 
Recipe
Whisk butter and eggs with a pinch of salt. Beat in the cream, flour and cornstarch, baking powder, olives and 2 tablespoons of grated cheese.
Place paper muffin cups in a muffin pan and fill ¾ full. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for about 15 minutes. Cool and serve.
