Ingredients (topping)

  • 150 ml tomato sauce
  • 150 g grated mozzarella
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 can drained mushrooms
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  • Cobelén pitted black olives
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 100 g grated Parmesan

Ingredients (dough)

  • 250 g flour
  • 15 g compressed yeast
  • 125 ml water
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp oil


The ingredients for homemade dough are provided above. It is up to you to make it or not.

To make the “Mushroom and Olive Pizza” heat a skillet with oil and sauté the julienned onions. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook over low heat until browned.

Set aside the skillet and season to taste with salt and pepper. Top the pizza dough with tomato sauce, mozzarella, sautéed onions and mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and, finally, some Cobelén black and green olives (we also have sliced olives).

Bake the pizza during 15-20 minutes and serve.
