• Cobelén green olives
  • Grated carrot
  • Grated celery
  • Spiral pasta, cooked
  • Shrimps, cooked
  • Corn
  • Lemon zest and juice
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt


Cut part of the cooked spiral-shaped pasta into pieces and place in a bowl. Add the grated carrot and celery, corn and shrimp. Add the olives. Make the vinaigrette with olive oil, salt and lemon zest and juice. Add to the salad. Keep in the fridge.
